Do I have to pay for a full year or can I use the service on a one off basis?

The most effective way of making the service available to your employees is by affiliation.  This is based on the number of employees to be covered and if the service is well promoted it is an extremely cost effective.  Affiliation involves a one off payment to cover all the use of the service for the year.  There are no additional charges.  You will receive information cards for every employee as well as leaflets and posters and help with promotion through presentations, articles and intranet links.  Employees and their immediate families can use the helpline available 24 hours a day.  Structured counselling is available to employees and while the counselling is not open-ended there is no fixed limit on the number of sessions.  This means that the better the service is used the better value you receive.  The incentive is to publicise the service and get it used and encourage self referrals.

Alternatively you we can provide structured counselling for individual employees referred by their employer.  There is a fixed charge for this regardless of the number of sessions an individual client has.  For further details telephone 0141 332 9833 or use our contact form.
