How is the service evaluated?
Employee Counselling Service conducts questionnaires of clients. They are asked to comment on the quality of service and their feedback is used to continuously improve the service provided. Employers are also asked for feedback both individually and anonymously in a regular questionnaire. The feedback is always extremely positive. (A copy of our latest questionnaire outcomes can be requested using the contact form).
The organisation is accredited by the two professional bodies BACP and COSCA. Both organisations audit the work of Employee Counselling Service once a year. Employee Counselling Service has also achieved ISO 9001:2000.
