Will I be told whether the service is being used by my employees?



You will receive regular feedback on how the service is being used.  If you refer an employee you will receive an individual report about the attendance of that employee. 

If an employee uses the Helpline this is anonymous, but we do establish who their employer is and you will receive a report giving the number of Helpline contacts and the type of issues they telephoned about.

A statistical report is provided about all those who use structured counselling.  This gives details of the number of contacts as well as the reason for counselling.  For work related problems the reasons are broken down using the Health & Safety Executive’s Stress Management Standards.  For larger organisations we can break down the information by department and occupation while still maintaining confidentiality.
