How do I know if I can use the service?

Nearly 200 organisations are affiliated to Employee Counselling Service allowing their employees to access the service.  There is no charge to the employee.  If you are unsure whether you can use the service telephone 0800 435 768 or use the contact link and we will check if your employer is affiliated.
