Interactive Resource for Employees

If your employer is affiliated to Employee Counselling Service you can get access to our interactive website.  The site includes information relating to your health and wellbeing.

On the site you will find self-assessment tools for:

Alcohol use

Eating

Work Stress

Anxiety

Exercise

You will need to log in to these resources using your Employer’s name and password.  You should find these details on notice boards within your workplace or telephone 0800 389 7851 and we will let you know the user name and password for your organisation.

When you use the resources on this website we will not ask you to identify yourself.  The information you provide is completely anonymous except for your employer’s name.  Employee Counselling Service provides these facilities in strict confidence and does not disclose any personal information to any third party.
